This Privacy Policy explains how TSAP collects and uses personal data when you visit tsap.agency (the "Website") or contact us. We collect as little as we need and never sell personal data.
The data controller is LLC "TSAP - Visual Communication Boutique" (ТОВ «ЦАП — Агенція Візуальних Комунікацій»), registered in Ukraine, EDRPOU code 46114262 ("TSAP", "we", "us"). We process personal data in line with the Law of Ukraine "On Personal Data Protection" and, where it applies to visitors from the EU and UK, the GDPR and UK GDPR.
Enquiries. When you write to us, use a contact form or book a call, we receive your name, email, organisation and message. We use them to reply and discuss a possible project. Legal basis: your request and our legitimate interest.
Clients. During a project, we process contact and business details of client staff to deliver the work and keep records. Legal basis: contract and legal obligation.
Job applicants. When you apply for a role, we receive your CV, portfolio and contact details to assess your application. Legal basis: your consent.
Technical data. When you browse the Website, technical data such as IP address, browser, device and pages visited is processed to run and secure the Website. Legal basis: legitimate interest.
We do not ask for sensitive personal data. Please do not send it, or any classified or restricted information, through the Website or by email.
Cookies are small files stored in your browser. We use only strictly necessary cookies, which the Website needs to work and stay secure. We do not use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies, so we do not ask for cookie consent.
